Location
La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, near the Cape of Baja, a short 2-hour direct flight from L.A., or a 2-1/2 hour drive from Cabo San Lucas.

The tip of peninsula just 1/2 mile across the bay from La Paz, occupying 1,700 acres with nearly 5 miles of beach frontage on the Sea of Cortez. Just north of the tropics, yet with a desert's low humidity, sunny 340-plus days of the year; Average daily temperature: Nov-Apr 75-85'F, May-Oct 80-95'F.
Environmental Considerations
The expansive mangrove ecosystem on the south shore remains instact. A thousand acres have been set aside for wildlife sanctuaries and open space. A desalinization plant will provide ample fresh water.
