Founded in 1971 by architect Jose De Yturbe Bernal, this Mexico-based architectural firm has enjoyed international recognition and has completed over 200 projects — ranging from private residences and golf clubs to hotels, museums and cultural centers — throughout the United States, Mexico, India, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Argentina.
De Yturbe Architectos places a strong emphasis on the timeless value of Mexican architecture characterized by strong lines, bold colors and the generous use of space. Phase I of CostaBaja Resort & Marina, comprised of the Fiesta Inn, Condos de Playa, Villas de Playa, Pueblo Marinero Condos and the vibrant Pueblo Marinero marina village was conceived of and developed by De Yturbe Architectos.
