CostaBaja Resort & Marina has just released for sale the new residential development that will be the centerpiece of its Phase II community. VistaMar Residences will be perched on a bluff overlooking the sea, the beach and the marina. It will feature two- and three-bedroom condos and casitas that will provide stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and the city of La Paz. Soon, a beach club complete with café, non-motorized water sports gear (windsurfers, kayaks, snorkels and masks) and infinity edge pool will be available to homeowners.

You’ll also receive our newsletter, which highlights the reports about construction updates, upcoming promotions, special events and activities at the resort and in La Paz.
Q: Does owning at CostaBaja Resort & Marina give me any priority for marina usage/slip rental?
At CostaBaja Resort & Marina, ownership offers privileges like discounted slip rates. Although having 250 boat slips in our marina appears to be a large inventory, as the development and demand grows, those slips will quickly be in high demand. CostaBaja homeowners will be given priority treatment and special privileges at the marina.
Q: Can I use my CostaBaja Resort & Marina home as a vacation rental?
Absolutely. We realize that some homeowners may wish to rent their homes when they are not able to get down to La Paz. CostaBaja Resort’s Owner Concierge service will be happy to help you with rentals.
Q: How is my home at CostaBaja Resort & Marina protected when I am away?
La Paz is well known as a friendly, quiet city and was ranked as one of the safest of all cities in Mexico in a recent national survey. However, for your added comfort and peace of mind, there is a gatehouse entry into the resort and 24-hour security.
Q: Does CostaBaja Resort & Marina offer any services such as maintenance or cleaning?
An owner’s concierge service will be available to provide these services to our homeowners so that owning at CostaBaja Resort & Marina is carefree. Just give us a call and we’ll arrange for you to be picked up at the airport. We can fill your refrigerator with all your favorite foods, book that sunset cruise for your first night back, and make arrangements for the snorkel trip to visit your old friends in the sea lion colony. Your job — just sit back, put up your feet and relax.
